If required, we are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients. However, for ECOREPRAP, it is not a mandatory practice.
ECOREPRAP specializes primarily in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and vacuum casting. Our core areas of expertise lie in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication, constituting approximately 80% of our overall business operations.
Enhanced finishing options and secondary processes are available. ECOREPRAP offers 20 more surface finishes, including anodizing, brushing, black oxide, powder coating and others.
For CNC parts without surface treatment, the standard lead time is 5 working days. With surface treament, it will add 2 more days. For steel parts with heat treatment, the standard lead time is 10 working days because the parts need fine machining after heat treatment.
For sheet metal fabrication, the standard lead time is about 5 to 7 working days.
Yes, to specific projects, we can shorten the lead time. Let us know when you place the order.
We serve a variety of industries including medical device, automotive, lighting, aerospace, technology, consumer product, and electronics.
All the parts are made in China, then are sent to you via air or sea.
We accept native SolidWorks (.sldprt) or ProE (.prt) files as well as solid 3D CAD models from other CAD systems output in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) format. .stl files are acceptable for 3d printing. Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are also accepted. It is highly recommended to provide both 3D and 2D documentation for the project if possible.
Yes, we offer design services based on 2d or physical projects at extra cost.
Customers can make payment via Paypal or bank transfer. 100% payment is general principle. For VIP customers, NET 30 payment terms is acceptable. Check with your project manager about our VIP customs standards.

SLA,SLS,SLM,MJF,FDM.
While stereolithography (SLA) is the oldest of all the 3D printing technologies, it remains the gold standard for overall accuracy, surface finish, and resolution. It uses an ultraviolet laser focused to a small point, drawing on the surface of a liquid thermoset resin. Where it draws, the liquid turns to solid. This is repeated in thin, two-dimensional cross-sections that are layered to form complex three-dimensional parts. Material properties are typically inferior to those of selective laser sintering (SLS), but the surface finish and detail are unmatched.
Selective laser sintering (SLS) uses a CO2 laser that draws onto a hot bed of thermoplastic powder. Where it draws, it lightly sinters the powder into a solid. After each layer, a roller lays a fresh layer of powder on top of the bed and the process repeats. Since SLS uses actual engineering thermoplastics, its 3D-printed parts exhibit greater toughness.
Selective laser melting (SLM) is a specific 3D printing technique, which utilizes high power-density laser to fully melt and fuse metallic powders to produce near net-shape parts with near full density (up to 99.9% relative density).
Multi Jet Fusion MJF is an industrial 3D printing process that produces functional prototypes and end-use production parts develpoed by HP.
FDM stands for Fused Deposition Modeling, alternatively referred to as fused filament fabrication (FFF), is the most common 3D printing technology available on the market. FDM printers operate with extruders that are compatible with thermoplastic filaments.

All colors can be provided with precise pantone color matching available.
DFM is free of charge. During quotation stage, our engineer will provide DFM suggestion to reduce the machining cost or make it easier for manufacturing.
Simple modifications, such as changing a sharp angle to a rounded corner (R corner), are feasible and will be provided free of charge.
Yes, our engineer can assist in creating a 3D model based on the 2D design, and then we will send it to you for confirmation. Please note that it is essential for you, the client, to review the 3D drawings to ensure consistency between the 3D and 2D designs.
3D is a must for CNC programming, while 2D gives clear information for tolerances and surface finishes. 2D is needed for quality check before shipment.
Yes, our engineer can assist in creating a 2D in pdf based on the 3D design, and then we will send it to you for confirmation. Please note that it is essential for you, the client, to review the 2D drawings to ensure consistency between the 3D and 2D designs.
Creating 3D model is priced at 50 USD per drawing, and 2D drafting services are 30 USD perdrawing.
For smaller packages, we typically use DHL express shipping. Once the tracking number is provided, you can generally expect to receive your package within 3 to 5 days. For larger shipments, we also offer sea freight services, with an estimated delivery time of 15 to 45 days.
Tracking numbers are available the day after shipping or emailed to you the day your orders ships.
ECOREPRAP provides professional packaging. If the functionality is not affected, we will get in touch with DHL to discuss compensation matters and reimburse the affected amount to the customer. If the usability is compromised, we will promptly arrange for a re-production, and at the same time, address the compensation issues.
All claims for loss or damage are to be made directly to DHL. We will assist when necessary.
Firstly, we require the customer to provide an inspection report highlighting the discrepancies. Then, it will take us about 24 hours to assess whether the parts need to be returned or not. For parts that do not require returning, we will directly arrange for urgent production and shipment. For products that need to be returned, we will provide a return address, and as soon as we receive the returned items, we will promptly arrange for repairs.
ECOREPRAP will take charge of them.
